AION 2 Maps and Abyss Feathers: Use Community Tools

Find source-reported map routes and check region, faction and marker accuracy before following collectible locations.

Quick answer

Community maps label the collectible “Empyrean Trace” or feathers. Choose Verteron, Altgard or the correct Abyss map, filter to traces and track completed markers. Captured Abyss tools show 199 and 200 markers respectively; that discrepancy does not establish a verified Global total.

Plan a small validation route

  1. Identify your client region, faction and map before using a community tool.
  2. Open a source-linked map and select the matching zone if the tool offers it.
  3. Check one nearby marker against your game before planning a long collection run.
  4. Track confirmed visits separately from unvisited or disputed markers.
  5. If a feather is missing, record the marker, coordinate context and client version instead of assuming a universal respawn timer.

The January wiki describes Elyos starting in Verteron and Asmodians in Altgard after the tutorial. Keep its date and regional context visible when applying it to another client. The name “Abyss feathers” in a query alone does not establish that every trace, monolith or reward uses the same collectible rule.

Location and reward boundary

Current tool filters and displayed counts were read, but individual coordinates, a complete Global route, collection reward and respawn rules were not tested. Treat dataset counts as coverage, and keep the differing Abyss counts visible.

Earlier and added source review

Original sources were reviewed October 3–4. The additions were read on October 7, with each source’s region and date retained. No live client, purchase or reward test was performed.

  1. Open the source-linked tool and choose the exact zone.
  2. Show the Empyrean Trace or Feather category and hide unrelated marker types.
  3. Check one reachable marker, then mark it found; keep unchecked markers separate.
  4. Record a missing location and client version without correcting the dataset total by guesswork.
What the check date means

The dated source records and this article’s wording were reviewed on October 7, 2026. “Last checked” means source and editorial review. No current game client, account, installation, purchase or reward delivery was independently tested. Older sources retain their original dates, service regions and version limits.

aion 2 abyss feathers

The captured CoGM Reshanta A map reports 199 markers and IMapp Lower Reshanta shows 200. Neither number is a verified client-wide total or complete reward route.
