Global launch has already happened
This is a launch record, not a future countdown. The October 5 on-time notice specified 6:00 AM PDT / 15:00 CEST; the publisher posted its live-launch announcement at 13:00 UTC. Those records resolve the exact-hour gap in our earlier October 4 source review. They do not certify today’s server uptime or an individual account’s access.
