AION 2 Official Links: Global, Taiwan and Korea
Find the correct regional AION 2 website, download route and support destination before creating an account.
Start from the NC-owned page for the service you intend to use. Global, Taiwan and Korea are separate service contexts; an official-looking fan database or Reddit thread does not establish account access or support rules.

| Service | Starting point | What to use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Global | aion2.plaync.com/en-us | English announcements, Launch FAQ and official support links |
| Taiwan | tw.ncsoft.com/aion2/download/index | PURPLE installation, PC/mobile requirements and linked app stores |
| Korea | aion2.plaync.com/ko-kr | The Korean service linked from NC’s historical launch coverage |
| NC Japan English special site | aion2.ncsoft.jp/en/contents | Regional launch rewards, expeditions and broadcast links |
Verify a link before using it
- Open the relevant NC page from the source list below and confirm the service language and region.
- Follow its download or support link. For Taiwan mobile, compare the app ID and developer with the official download page.
- Read the service-specific FAQ before deciding whether an account or character can be shared. The global FAQ says TW/KR progress does not transfer.
- Keep community tools in a separate bookmark group so a fan guide is not confused with a publisher notice.
Find the right help channel
The global Launch FAQ links the official aion2official Discord and NC customer support. The Taiwan download page links Taiwan support. Use the channel for your account’s service when reporting a purchase, login or character issue.

The October 2 linking guide warns against separately changing an NC website link to chase missing Drops. Read the matching support article before an account operation; an official download link and an account-recovery route answer different questions.
